The TRACK TEAM should leave class at 1:35 today to catch the 1:45 bus to Hawkins in Belfair; the meet will be at their high school track.

The flag is at half-staff today in on honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day.  Congress created the annual recognition to pay tribute to those who serve in law enforcement and to remember those who have given their lives in the line of duty.

Order forms for 8th GRADE CLASS PICTURES will be distributed in 4th p. today.  The picture will be taken on Tuesday (5/20).  Please be sure you are in the gym at 8:30 that morning!  To order prints, give the completed order form to the photographer that morning.

The SCHOOL DANCE is tomorrow (Friday, 5/16).  Join us for the "last chance dance."  The theme will be a beach party and root beer floats and hotdogs will be available to buy.   Advance dance tickets ($3 with ASB card, $5 without ASB card) will be sold during lunch on Friday.

CLASS COUNCIL - Applications for current 7th graders and 8th graders are available at the Attendance Office window   If you are running for a 9th grade office, you must decide which office (president, vice president, secretary or treasurer).  All forms, speeches and posters are due tomorrow (Friday, 5/16).
