The grade is based on  P A C E:

P = participation; participate in all class activities to the best of your ability.

A = attitude;  always bring a good one to class and use it to the best of your ability.

C = cooperation; cooperate with teachers and other students to the best of your ability.

E = effort;  always bring a large portion and use it to the best of your ability

    Students are graded on a point system:  they earn points based on the above.     Point system has 4 levels: 
        4 = Above and beyond the standard expectation.
        3 = most of the time - (meets class expectations = A)
        2 = some of the time - (meets most expectations = B)
        1 = AREA OF CONCERN - not meeting class expectations
