The Homeschool Support Program
is designed to provide educational services to homeschooling students
as well as to independent study students in Kindergarten through 8th
grades. It was created in 1991 through the efforts of homeschooling
parents, administrators, and teachers, who recognized the need to
expand the educational community that the school district served.
The program’s growth is a reflection of participation by the homeschooling
community and is based on a partnership among students, their families,
and the school district.
Mission
The Homeschool Support Program Mission is to support
the educational goals of parents and students who choose to pursue
their education outside the traditional classroom.
