we ask that you follow these simple procedures in the order that they
are listed:
- Seek out assistance in your building first. If this doesn't
work and it isn't vital that you talk to someone,
- Create a HelpDesk

- If you need to talk to someone, call the Help Desk
at 1668
As a general rule, unless it is an urgent thing, we prefer that you
send an email to techsupport. Once we receive your email, your request
for service will be added to the service call database and we will get
to you as quick as we can.
