2."Halloween Costumes at BHS -
Many staff members and students enjoy a bit of Halloween celebration at BHS by
wearing "costumes" to school on Halloween. This tradition is entirely
appropriate as long a few common sense expectations are followed... such as;
masks, face paint, blood, and gore, as well as accessories representing or
resembling weapons may not be worn at school. Costumes that are in poor taste
or may be offensive to people based on
race, religion, or gender are not permitted at
school. In general, costumes should not be cause for the disruption of
classroom activities. Happy Halloween...
3. The Junior class is having a
school-wide clothes swap to raise money!!
Bring your old clothes and shoes to school next week and leave them in
the box we’ll have set up in the lower gym.
Clothes will be really cheap but we need everyone to bring as much as
they can to make it work…we’ll let you know when the swap will be…thanks!
