STUDENTS

1. Volunteers Needed - We are looking for approximately six student volunteers to assist with parking lot management at the Saturday afternoon Memorial Service for Jeff McKinistry that is being held at Woodward Middle School. Volunteers need to be available from 1 - 3 pm on Saturday. Anyone willing to help out should stop by the main office this morning during break.

2. FALL INDEPENDENT PE students – please meet Ms. Duvall in the office conference room today during both lunches. Thanks~

3. Tomorrow is PSAT testing. If you have registered, you need to arrive at 300 Building at 7:50. Please bring #2 pencils, and calculator. When you enter the door, you will see a list of student names and your room assignment. The test will conclude about 11:30.

4. If ou-yay ost-lay our-yah lasses-glay near the bike racks, please come to the office and identify them. (If you lost your glasses…)

5. Attention students signed up to take the ASVAB test: the date of the ASVAB test has been changed to Monday, October 29. The time is the same 8:45am to 11:30am. See Mr. Anderson in room 104 if you haven't completed a permission form.

6. COLLEGE REP VISITS TO SEATTLE AREA: Sunday, 10/21, 2:00 PM Tufts University, Seattle Experience Music Project, Science Fiction Museum & Hall of Fame, JBL Theater, 325 5th Ave N, Seattle Center.

MEETINGS

1. Attention all students interested in National Honor Society. Please make sure to get your membership application in to Mrs. van Winkle by next Friday -- that's October 26th. Also, if you are interested in sponsored group hours, sign up to volunteer at the Wilkes Carnival. The Carnival is on Saturday October 27th. The Sign up sheet is outside Mrs. van Winkle's room 312 in the hallway.

SPORTS
1. Varsity Gymnast: bring Team Leo and report to the gymnastics room at 3:OO on Monday Oct  22nd. Also,  All Gymnasts: Mrs Guy with be there with handouts for all gymnasts planning on turning out for the team this year. Please come by for a brief team meeting. Thank you.

On Saturday, support the Spartans football team as they take on the Blanchet Braves, 2:00pm, Blanchet HS.
